Unsettling signs of cleanliness issues included small crawling bugs on the nightstand and mattresses with stains visible under the beds. Plus, missing basic amenities like a coffee maker rendered the coffee pods handed to us useless. The noise from outside made sleep quite difficult, coupled with a general sense of neglect in room upkeep.
